Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers in 35 countries around the world. In order for us to give you the lowest possible prices, we ship our products directly from one of the warehouses where that product is located.
Shipping is FREE. We ship using ePacket Shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5 - 20 business days.
A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification and packaging. All orders are sent to one of our warehouses for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse then processes the orders, which takes an additional 1 day.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from one of our warehouses to the final destination. Delivery usually takes 3 - 18 business days. US orders are shipped by e-Packet, which is a US Postal Service product.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, so you can track your order. If you already have a tracking number, please click here to go to our Order Tracking Page.
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. If you did not receive this email, please check your bulk or spam folder and you will probably find the email there.
Once you receive your tracking number, orders can be tracked by going to our Order Tracking Page.
All prices are in US Dollars. We bill your credit card or any other payment method that you chose in US Dollars, and then your bank or payment provider converts it to your local currency. If you want to know the exact amount that you will pay in your currency, please contact your bank that issued your credit card or contact your payment provider if you are not using a credit card.
If you are trying to pay with a credit card and your payment is not going through, please double check your ZIP Code or Postal Code. Also double check the security number on your credit card. If the order still doesn't go through, we suggest you contact your credit card company directly.
If you are having problems paying by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shopify Pay, please contact those companies directly.
We want you to fall in love with your jewelry. If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied when you receive your item, you can return it to us. You have 30 days from the day that you received your item to return it to us for a full refund. Only as long as the products are unused and have all the original packaging.
We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within 30 days, not delivered to us.
Need to return something? Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. But don’t be upset, ANN VOYAGE works very hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible. Please get in touch with our Customer Service department, by sending an email to customerservice@annvoyage.com. Please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We are unable to cancel and refund an order after it is processed and shipped. If you change your mind and want a refund after your order is processed and shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the order, and then send it back to us for a refund.
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds. So you can get a refund and then purchase the item that you want instead.
You have 30 days from the day that you received your item to return it to us for a full refund. Only as long as the products are unused and have all the original packaging.

We aim to have your return refunded as soon as it has been received back into our warehouse, allowing you to reorder as quickly as possible.
If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order. You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund.
Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can take 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team, we will notify you by email once this has been processed.
Received a faulty or broken item? We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our Customer Service department within 7 days after receiving the item, by sending an email to customerservice@annvoyage.com. Please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase. Please also describe the problem and provide pictures if possible. We will send you a new item or refund your money, which ever you prefer. We'll make sure you are happy.
We’re very sorry but we are unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
Changing the item or size
Delivery/billing address
Adding items to your order
Shipping method
There is a 15-minute time frame during which you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button. After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you'll need to wait until you receive the order, and then follow our returns process which can be found here.
If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. You will have to return it once you receive it.
Please double check that you entered the correct address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing because you entered an incorrect address. We are not liable to refund this order.
