ANNVOYAGE respects the intellectual property rights of other people and companies and always expect people and sellers on ANNVOYAGE to also respect Copyright laws.

Therefore, our policy when appropriate, and at our sole discretion, is to disable or terminate the accounts of people, companies, and sellers, who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

In keeping with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which you can read at the US Copyright Office website, we’ll respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement on ANNVOYAGE that are reported to our designated copyright agent. Our agent is listed and identified below.

If you or your company is a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, you can report alleged copyright infringements on ANNVOYAGE by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our designated copyright agent.

When ANNVOYAGE receives your DMCA notice, we will take whatever action we think is necessary and appropriate, which could include removing the reported content from our website.

When we remove content from ANNVOYAGE because of a DMCA notice, we may notify the person, or company, who uploaded the content to ANNVOYAGE. The person or company will have the opportunity to send a counter-notice. We may also send a complete copy of the notice to others, when we deem it to be appropriate.


How To Submit a Copyright Complaint

To submit a DMCA notice, please send the following information to our designated copyright agent:

Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If you would like to report more than one copyrighted works, you can provide a list of all those copyrighted works.

Identify the content on ANNVOYAGE you claim to be infringing your rights, including the information we need to help us find it. Please include a URL.

Provide your mailing address, phone number and email address.

Include both of these statements in the body of your notice:

"I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material or reference or link to such material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for example, as a fair use)."

"I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I’m the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that’s allegedly infringed."

Include your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature - by typing your full name.


If the work that you are reporting is an image, you can ask us to remove all copies of the image, by including all of the URLs which have this image on them.

What if I receive a copyright complaint (DMCA) notice?

If you received a notice that one of your products or photos has been removed for a copyright complaint, it means that the content owner asked us to remove it. If you want us to forward to you, a copy of the copyright complaint that we received, send us an email to copyright@annvoyage.com to let make this request. We may remove some personal contact information when we send the copy of the notice to you. 


If your account gets too many copyright complaints, you could lose the ability to upload photos and sell your products on ANNVOYAGE or we may disable your account completely.

If you feel that we made a mistake by removing your photo(s) or your product(s), you can file a counter-notice. When we get a valid counter-notice, we may remove the complaint from your account's record, at our discretion.

Important to Know: There may be legal and financial consequences for fraudulent or bad faith counter-notices. Before submitting a counter-notice, make sure you have a good faith belief that we removed the content in error, and that you understand the seriousness of the repercussions of submitting a false claim.

How to file a counter-notice
Email your counter-notice to copyright@annvoyage.com. You must include ALL of the following information:


Your full name, address and telephone number.

The DMCA ID which you can find at the bottom of the notice email.

The URL of the content that we removed. Copy and paste the link from the notice email.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that states that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed in error.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district where your physical address is located, or if your address is located outside of the United States of America, for any judicial district in the United States of America, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original complaint.
